NYC Street Art Series Part:1 The Bowery Wall

A few months ago I took a trip to the Big Apple for a friends wedding (it was fantastic) and managed to squeeze in some time to get in some quality art time. One of my few ‘must’ destinations on my little adventure wandering NYC was the Bowery Wall. This is what adorned one of street arts most famous open canvas’s while I was there.

And, most importantly, there was this on the sidewalk in front of the mural…

Final note: New York is an amazing, but filthy, city. When I returned to Seattle I felt like I needed to wash the NCY grime off of my body. It made me appreciate the beauty and cleanliness of Seattle all the more. Sorry New Yorkers.

Art the World!
